Best staff and wonderful location in the center of the old town-Medina, everything was nice. Location in the center of the city was a plus. In the evening we visited Naranj, set 4-6 minutes walking distance from the hotel...

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a fairly quiet area, short walk to the Medina of Marrakesh on a budget, the center of the old town-Medina and real centre. Booked a room where the bed was great. The breakfast was good with plenty of appetising options. The location was brilliant, at walking distance from a main square. It was memorable 2 days, will be returning here soon.
Nothing all good.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money with its prime location in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the captivating surroundings of Medina. The staff, especially Abdul, went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from organizing airport transfers to arranging incredible excursions to the Sahara desert. The traditional riad itself embodies the essence of Morocco, with a serene ambiance and a charming cat family that adds to the authentic experience. The spacious terrace provided a perfect retreat to unwind, and the delicious breakfast served every morning was a delightful way to start the day.
Despite the overall enjoyable experience, there were some minor inconveniences such as difficulty finding the hotel on GPS and confusion with parking arrangements. However, these issues did not overshadow the wonderful time we had at this hotel.

Our romantic escape exceeded our expectations. The friendly staff picked us up and walked us to the hidden gem. The decoration was impressive in every detail. The terrace with amazing views was the perfect spot for a cozy evening while enjoying a delicious breakfast in the morning, which was freshly prepared. the location is incredible, within walking distance to all the key landmarks.
Finding the riad, which could be a bit challenging. Even though the GPS position wasn't exact, I was prepared with clear and precise directions, so we didn't have any issues.

This traditional riad in the heart of the old town was the perfect base for our family vacation. It's located in a small street, close to everything - the main square, shops, and even the Agadir airport. the room was warm, cozy, and had an AC with heat, which was great for the chilly January evenings. the staff was extremely kind and helpful, offering us a delicious breakfast every morning. We also enjoyed the spacious terrace where we could relax and unwind.
The poor wifi connection, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

The hotel's location in the city centre was very convenient, as it was close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. The hotel facilities were impressive, with two terraces and a patio, and the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding.
Not obvious to find in the whole establishment on a pretty little street in this city.
